Orders and Shipping
Order processing typically requires 2-7 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience minor delays. We kindly request your patience and understanding should this occur, and we recommend allowing additional transit time for delivery.
In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will proactively contact you via email or telephone to provide an updated delivery estimate.
Please be advised that once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters our production workflow. As a result, modifications to the shipping address cannot be accommodated. This measure ensures efficient order processing and timely shipment.
Furthermore, our payment processing partner implements address verification as a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking link via email. This link will enable you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We currently offer shipping to all countries. Except these Iran, Syria, Crimea, North Korea, and Cuba.
With 10 production locations around the world from which we can despatch, our customer commitment is always to “ship as locally as possible.” Wherever you are in the world, your order will usually ship from the one the fulfilment center closest to you.
Kindly note that all postal carriers have a designated holding period for uncollected packages. Failure to collect your package within this timeframe will result in its return to the sender without a refund.
To ensure timely collection, we strongly advise utilizing the provided tracking link to monitor your package’s progress and anticipate its arrival.

Well, just send us an email and we will put it together for you. We send you a mockup for your approval and once confirmed, we a go!

Returns and Exchanges
Each customizecloset.com product is custom-made to your specifications. Due to the nature of our items, we are not legally obligated to accept returns or exchanges.

To exchange an item for a different size or design, please note:
Do not send the package back to the manufacturer. Doing so without contacting us will affect your returns and refund rights.
For the most efficient exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while simultaneously returning the original item.
